Our approach to psychotherapy is rooted in compassion, empathy, and personalized care. We believe in creating a safe and nurturing space for individuals to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Our goal is to empower our clients to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being while meeting their goals where they are at.

Experience and/or training in:

Art Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Trauma Based Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Emotions Focused Therapy, and Solutions Focused Therapy.
