At Allison Clayton Therapy, I believe mental health support should be accessible both inside and outside the therapy room. That’s why I offer a growing library of free therapy resources designed to help you build coping skills, boost self-awareness, and feel supported between sessions. 

 

Please note, these documents do not replace therapy. 

 

Here you’ll find: 

  • practical tools and worksheets for stress, anxiety, and confidence building

  • grounding and regulation exercises to help calm your nervous system

  • journal prompts and reflection guides for self-discovery

  • tips and strategies for navigating everyday challenges

 

These resources are created to complement your therapy journey—whether you’re already working with me, waiting to begin, or simply looking for trusted mental health tools.
