Our Services

Healing starts with one conversation. At Allison Clayton Therapy, I offer a safe, compassionate, and personalized space to support you through life’s challenges. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, or identity, therapy is a place to slow down, be heard, and find your way forward with clarity and confidence.

Individual Therapy

Sometimes, the bravest thing you can do is reach out. Together, we’ll create a space that meets you where you are. Sessions focus on calming the nervous system, understanding your patterns, and building skills that empower growth.

Areas of focus:

  • Anxiety, panic, and stress management

  • Self-worth and confidence building

  • Trauma-informed care and emotional regulation

  • Life transitions, grief, and identity exploration

Teen & Young Adult Therapy

Adolescence and early adulthood can feel overwhelming — but no one should have to figure it out alone. My work with teens and young adults is focused on fostering self-trust, healthy coping, and authentic connection.

Common themes include:

  • Confidence and self-image

  • Friendships, dating, and identity

  • Academic stress and performance pressure

  • Navigating grief, family dynamics, or change

Couples & Relationship Therapy

Relationships can be both beautiful and challenging. Therapy can help partners deepen communication, rebuild trust, and create emotional safety.

Support areas:

  • Communication and conflict repair

  • Rebuilding trust after ruptures

  • Navigating life transitions together

  • Strengthening emotional intimacy

First Responders & Front Line Support

As a Certified First Responder Treatment Provider (CFRTP), I offer specialized support for first responders and their loved ones. This work honours the unique pressures, culture, and experiences of those who serve our communities.

Focus areas:

  • Trauma and burnout

  • Navigating hypervigilance and identity

  • Relationship support and family dynamics

  • Confidential, culturally competent care
